Sometimes I forget how fun and special a holiday can be. I take for granted the fun and awe of it all. Things that i grew up enjoying are new to these students! Halloween being one of those Holidays. Many of them said this was the 1st foreign festival they have celebrated. How Sad, but this is why DAD has me here! :)
The EXIM Bank has fun.. Halloween wasn't one day for them. They had Halloween 2 weeks. In class they did apple bobbing, mummy wraps, making costumes, and a culture lesson. OUTSIDE of class the scared each other and plotted against the other class scaring them at 3AM. What a joy to see them being able to be Children again!
